1. Spot Order Lead Time
     
    Standard spot models: Packed and dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation; large bulk spot orders take maximum 5 working days for scheduling shipment.
  2. Custom Order Lead Time
     
    Simple custom (silk print logo, color box): Mass production ships 7–10 working days post sample approval; deep custom with mold modification, structural upgrade or new tooling: 15–30 working days post sample approval, following contracted timeline.
  3. Logistics Options
  • Small sample parcels: DHL, FedEx, UPS express, door-to-door delivery in 3–7 days;
  • Medium & bulk orders: Full/LCL sea freight (25–45 days transit), air freight line (7–15 days);
  • Amazon Sellers: We support FBA labeling & direct delivery to US/EU/JP Amazon warehouses.
  1. Shipping Fee Terms
     
    Sample orders: Buyer pre-pays delivery cost; For medium & large spot/custom orders, tiered freight subsidies are negotiable based on order value; full container orders may include covered sea freight upon negotiation.
  2. Customs & Tariffs
     
    We supply complete customs declaration docs, commercial invoice and packing list. Import duties and VAT at destination country are borne by the receiver; we assist with certification files to lower inspection risks.
  3. Transit Damage Protection
     
    All goods are fully inspected and reinforced packed before dispatch. If items get damaged in transit, we resupply replacements for free with valid logistics damage proof, no extra product charge.
